The T3-R Triple High Impact Mice, Rat, Rodent Repeller comes to do its job. It utilizes 3 speakers that maximizes rodent repelling results, such as Mice, Rats, Squirrels, etc. Our specially designed speakers transmit ultrasonic sounds at three different locations on the device. All of these speakers do a specific job and transmit / repel in different ways causing what we like to call the Triple Attack Design. Single to Multiple T3-R units, Time Repelling, Triple Attack Power Design, Location, and Ultrasonic Change is the key when repelling rodents away from unwanted areas.
In most cases rodents leave with-in a 12 - 16 day period. But sometimes when a stubborn rodent problem comes along and your having troubles that is when we take pride on being very helpful so repelling results get met. We like to treat you the customer as if it was ourselves and with that said we expect premium rodent repelling results with the T3-R and no less.
Regarding the repelling of squirrels with the T3-R: we have been getting about a 73% success Rate. We do not understand why most of our customers dominate there squirrel problem, while some others have no success. We are here to help you! AMAZING!! I was not extremely hopeful having read negative things about these for years, but willing to try, because of Amazon's money back guarantee. I have a HUGE mouse problem. Had cats for 35 years and never a problem until I did not have them, because a couple disappeared. Then mice were getting in my house, my car (4 died in there and it was a huge smelly challenge finding them!!) , our shop and partner's trailer, which is a shop as well. Had to call a green pest person. The mice were eating a month's worth of bait in two weeks again and again and again. I don't like to kill them, even if other animals don't die eating them. So I put two of these under my mobile home in the middle, pointing both directions. I figured that was the best place and they can be used outside and there is no rain under the mobile home! :-) Well in one week they stopped eating the bait!! I am OVERJOYED and buying another one for the carport and shop!! Very HAPPY so far!!
We live next to a forest of redwoods, and have a healthy wood rat population. They have discovered our tomatoes, and I'm not into sharing with them, as they're eating my car, too, so I'm not feeling particularly warm and foxy towards them. .
We tried a variety of sprays and lights, to no avail. I put down one of these and didn't have luck with it, so I called the company. They were great, totally responsive. They counseled me on what setting to use on the device and on putting it in a different, more effective place. Voila! For the first time, no rats last night!
The device is super easy to use. Basically, you point it in the direction you want and plug it in.

his past summer (2023) had problems of hearing bumping and scratching noises from what seemed was coming from the attic…going on all day from morning to night. It was actually squirrels on TOP of the roof of my 2-story house running back/forth on the tiles and gutters (and the noises echoing through the empty space of the attic). I bought TWO(2) units of the “T3-R Triple High Impact Rodent Repeller”. The packaging comes with very detailed instructions and a certificate of guaranteed company service. What struck me most about the instructions is the statement in the beginning, “If You Are Not Seeing Positive Results By the 16-day mark…Please Contact Us.” - - Then, I emailed the company, only a couple days after installing in my attic when the [activity] seemed to be getting worse. [They] responded very quickly and gave me a suggestion of putting ONE(1) unit OUTSIDE, pointing upward at the house toward the problem area (wrapped in a zip lock bag if there was inclement weather)…because the unit has a range of 30ft. However, I decided to wait out the 16-day period. Then, slowly as the days progressed, the activity began dissipating. By the 14-15 day mark, there was very little activity (very slight scratching and banging). By the 16th day, didn’t hear a thing. Just like the instructions stated. Two weeks later, it’s been quiet (knock on wood). So, I had/having a good experience with the product. Nothing is perfect and I’m sure people will have different results and experiences.
By default, T3-R mails all of its packages via USPS Priority mail. Priority mail is an expedited service, so this typically takes 1-2 days to reach the West Coast, and 2-4 days to reach the East Coast.
If the US Post Office does not deliver to your address, we can ship your package via UPS Ground. This typically takes 1-5 days to be delivered.
Damaged or Broken Unit Ultrasonic Repeller Return and Replacement Policy
Due to the mechanical nature of these devices, we offer a one-year manufacturer warranty on the T3-R and T3-R Ultra Triple High Impact Rodent Repellers. We will replace any broken or damaged T3-R or T3-R Ultra repellers within that period.
That being said, we stand by our ultrasonic repellers and we want you to succeed when using them. If you’re not seeing good results after properly setting up and using one of our ultrasonic repellers for two weeks, please contact us so that we can help you using our Second Step Solution customer assistance program.

For the rest of the household products, we offer a 30-day return or replacement policy.
How does a return work?
Just mail the product back to us, and we will process the return and refund in the order that we receive them. To expedite your refund, we ask that you include the Order Number along with the device so that we can quickly find and process the return.
If you mail the product and then Call or E-Mail us with a valid tracking number of the returned product, we can immediately issue the refund.
