Hello,

I called you a few days ago about the device I bought from you that was making strange sounds. Not only did you solve that problem, once you heard I was having a mouse issue, you sent me another device to take care of THAT problem.

We haven’t seen a mouse since! I want to thank you for your great company and customer service. That is really rare these days and it’s most appreciated. I’ll have you know, that I already posted accolades for your company on my FaceBook page, in case any of my friends are having issues with rodents.

About a year ago, before I discovered these devices, I had called an exterminator. They were going to charge me $800 just to come to the house to LOOK! Little did I know, that I could address the issue for around $55. It’s the best money I have ever spent.

Even the ants went running! (although that might have been for another reason) My other device, no longer squeaks. I couldn’t put the new one in the kitchen, because we didn’t have an open socket that wasn’t blocked by something. Since I’m pretty sure they are coming up from the basement, we put it down there.

If we ever do get a cat, he’s going to be really bored with no activity in the house of the mouse kind. However, I can now sleep at night knowing that my banana bread will no longer be ransacked by wily varmints.

Dan has spent weeks making sure my 3 story 3700 square foot, 3 story house on a wooded lot with like 50-60 squirrels, dozen or so outside nests have no squirrels in the attic or roof. One of these devices was not strong enough for my home but he worked with me over several weeks to get the right set up to make squirrels think twice about getting near my home. He has "DECADES" worth of experience and will not stop till you feel that the problem you have is resolved, I can not name better customer service, and I can't think of any reason to go anywhere else, pest control people charge $300 or more for all the advice and hours he discussed my issue with him. I honestly wish I could give him "10 Stars" cause anyone giving less than 5 did not interact and allow him to help them fully in the process!!! He is a true class act!!!

I will try to make this short and sweet bc if you have mice you are searching for a solution YESTERDAY! Yes, that was me! I'm a germaphobic so finding droppings & items chewed up was HORRIFIC to say the least! I tried the Peppermint oil, didn't work! These little guys actually LOVED IT 😱 So much so that they got into my individually wrapped peppermint candies! I bought a $20.00 rodent spray here on Amazon....no dice! I bought these small oval repellers from Lowe's...NOTHING! I was at my wits end! THEN, I saw the T3-R triple high impact mice, rat and rodent repeller! BINGO! THIS WAS A GAME CHANGER! The first night I heard some shuffling then a few days later they were out of my kitchen! Even the annoying birds in my attic sounded like they were screaming then THEY LEFT...BONUS!! I cleaned up their droppings with a bleach & water mix or you can use a vinegar-water mix. Look around to see where they are coming in and seal it up with coarse steel wool & foam spray so they can't chew through it. My home is a U shape so they left my kitchen and went to the furthest part of my house which was my master bedroom! I panicked and emailed TMC Pest repeller llc, they answered me within hours and sent out another repeller which sent the little guys running! The cool thing is that the one repeller faces toward the front yard and the other toward the backyard so we are COVERED! Not only is the product effective but the customer service is IMPECCABLE!! They were polite, courteous and empathetic to what I was going through. I would recommend this product from THIS COMPANY bc they are there to actually help! It's rare to find this superior customer service these days, THANK YOU TMC! Now even my neighbors are asking what I did bc THEY are getting mice! I'm so grateful I found this device and TMC! I honestly don't know what I would have done without their help. Good luck to all of you going through this, just be persistent in your efforts to seal the house and get them out. 🙂

I have now had this unit in use for more than 2 years, so i feel its time to give a review.
My garage was acting as a mouse motel and maternity ward putting down poisons killed a few but i wasn't happy with adding more pollutants to our world. I have tried various repellers with little or no success. Enter the T3-R, I started by clearing out the garage blocking or filling and holes and placing a hard rubber strip under the garage door to close off even the slightest gap. In the roof i found some dead bodies ( mice that is ) and a couple of large nests, all of which i cleared out. I set up the T3-R as directed and two years later have not found any evidence of mice or for that matter any other pest in the garage. Im about to order an additional unit to install in my new workshop and I am confident it will work as well as the original.

I typically do not do reviews, however have been so pleased with how these worked, I wanted to spread the word on how well these perform.

Recently, we have seen a major increase in Norway rats. We live next to a pasture that is now under development in a large metropolitan area. We could not go out in our backyard without having our dogs a leashes, because there were so many rats in the backyard.

We called an exterminator and had 4 bait boxes set outside as well as 2 in our attic. He told me it would take a while to start seeing a difference, as the rats had to eat the bait, then feed the babies, but this should work and the bait should last 6 months. Of course, this wasn't a quick enough resolution for me. I raise show dogs, and don't need diseases, fleas, etc, spread by the rats. I searched for more answers and found several websites stating when the infestation is bad, multiple repellents need to be used. I researched the ultrasonic repellers, and really liked what I saw with the T3-R. I ordered 2 of them at the end of the week, one for our patio area, and one for the pool equipment/storage building area and they arrived that Saturday. The directions were very easy to understand, and I had them set up in just a few minutes.

I had read reviews that stated the frequencies didn't hurt the dogs ears, and for my older dogs, it did not...I have a young male, and he whimpered a little for a few days when I would let them out back, so I would turn them off when he was outside. Within a week, he became accustomed to the sound, and we no longer have to turn them off.

The Friday before we received these units, I had the exterminator back out to check the bait traps, and ALL 4 OF THE OUTSIDE BAIT TRAPS WERE STRIPPED TOTALLY CLEAN!!!!!! These are the large outdoor bait stations that you see outside restaurants and hold 3 bait "logs." The exterminator stated he had NEVER seen the traps cleaned out so thoroughly that quickly, and he confirmed that they had only been out 2 weeks. He refilled the stations, and said he was interested in finding out if these worked, and asked me to call his personal cell phone if they did. I've got to call him and let him know we are thoroughly pleased with the results we have seen since we added these. The exterminator left a key to the bait stations so we could check them ourselves, and it has been a month now, and the bait has not been touched!

I would say within 3-4 days, we stopped seeing evidence of the rats in the back yard, and the dogs lost interest in hunting the varmits. We also had a couple of storms that dumped 7-8 inches of rain within a 12 hour period, and as long as these units are not sitting in puddles of water and have some sort of overhang to block some of the water, these units have continued operating perfectly.

Because of my strong desire and aversion to the rats, I had emailed the seller 2-3 times, and I have to say the customer service has been excellent! I am planning on ordering 2 more so I can have complete coverage around the entire exterior of my home. This area is seeing a lot of building and development, and I'd rather the rodents go somewhere else. From speaking to our neighbors, there have been rat issues in our neighborhood for the last 30 years...obviously, we weren't told this when we bought the house...so it's all out war on these 4 legged Devils!

Thank you for giving me back our backyard! These have done everything they were stated to do!

This device is by far THEE BEST! I took a year to write my review to be 10000000 percent I moved and lost the power cord I called and they shipped one to me the next day. I had a power outage for two days and mice were everywhere, When power restored and device working again zip, zero no mice! I even ordered a plug in one for a rat problem at my job (I work in a warehouse) and my area has been rodent free!!! I tell everyone I know about this company and their products.. Love them

We where using this to keep rats, mice, and squirrels out of our shed. It worked perfectly. It even made our dogs wonder what was going on? There are four different settings that keep the critters at bay. There is even one so loud and piercing we use it to keep the neighbors at bay. If you have a rodent problem this device drives everything away, even if they were permanent residents before. Buy this and it's their eviction notice. If it ever breaks I will buy another one. Great product.
